September 2020

30th September 2020
It has been a strange start to the new school year, with all the coronavirus restrictions in place. We were delighted to welcome our children back to school, but have had to stagger the entry, exit and activities of our 'bubbles' to keep everybody safe. Gradually, as the month has gone on, we have gradually opened more areas of the school.
Our Falcons wrap-around care opened and use of the hall reintroduced for P.E. and assemblies in bubbles in the second week of term. More recently, our outdoor play equipment was opened up to one bubble each week. We welcomed back some of our music teachers in the last week of September and we hope to re-open our library soon.
Our welcome assembly was not open to parents this year, but children enjoyed a visit to the church to receive their welcome Bible.
